The Academy has been described as 'the jewel in the crown' of the Tidworth Community Area plan. We will play a key part in the regeneration of the Ludgershall and Tidworth area, not least through the Tidworth Community Area Partnership.
The Academy serves the communities of Chute, Chute Forest, Collingbourne Ducis, Collingbourne Kingston, Everleigh, Ludgershall, Tidcombe & Fosbury and Tidworth, including Perham Down.
The Academy is a facility for the whole community, being both a centre of learning and a focus for a wide range of extended services for the surrounding area. The school site includes Castledown Radio. We intend to relocate the media centre into refurbished facilities within the current Science block.
