We will be up-dating this page during the Implementation Phase of The Wellington Academy. It will be a place to showcase and encourge the involvement of students in The Wellington Academy, and where new and existing students can find information they need as the project develops.
The Principal Designate has been appointed. Andy Schofield, currently Headteacher at Varndean School has accepted the post starting September 2008. Andy will establish the new Academy for 12 months prior to its opening in September 2009.
HRH The Duke of York has agreed to become President of The Wellington Academy.
