In Spring 2016, the Academy will be introducing a cashless environment. Following the Easter holiday, we will be phasing out all cash up until the summer holidays with the aim of being completely cashless in September 2016. This will ensure a safer, more efficient environment for our students and staff.
Please note we will no longer accept cheques from 22nd February 2016.
All parents are allocated a ParentPay account and, if they require, a PayPoint card. These accounts and cards are used to pay for school lunches, trips, music lessons and much more.
ParentPay offers you the freedom to make secure, online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at the Academy, you can create a single account login for all your children.
Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

Our finance team will be on hand at parents evenings and open evenings, to give demonstrations of ParentPay and to answer any questions you may have.
Please contact our finance department, if you wish to use the PayPoint facility for school meals. You will be issued with a card to make cash payments for school meals at local PayPoint stores. The first card is free of charge; however, any lost or damaged cards will be charged at £3 each. Payment cards take about two weeks to arrive but we are able to issue a barcode letter as an interim measure.

If you wish to pay for a trip via PayPoint, please request a barcoded letter from our finance department. This will carry a unique barcode which will allow you to make cash payments for this specific trip, at your local PayPoint store.
PayPoint payments are recorded by ParentPay and can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history online.
Internet Access- for those who do not have internet access at home, access to ParentPay will be provided at the Academy. Alternatively, public computers with internet access are available at both Ludgershall and Tidworth library and Ludgershall council office.
Second Login - a separate login can be provided for each parent/carer. This can be provided on request.
Daily Meal Limit - a daily limit can be set on a student’s meal account, limiting the amount they spend on food each day. All purchases can be viewed within your ParentPay account. Please contact our finance department if you wish to set a limit.
