We seek to recruit dedicated and talented staff, highly committed to making a difference in the state system, in an area of significant need.

OFSTED noted that: 'The quality of school leadership has improved since the previous inspection. As a result, expectations of what pupils can achieve are higher. Leaders have created a culture in which high standards of behaviour are expected and pupils are encouraged to succeed.'
