RESPECT Our Pledge

Student Voice Representatives collaborated with staff to create Our Pledge; a student charter to live and work by that represents what our students believe in. By signing up to Our Pledge every student at The Wellington Academy agrees:

• to develop resilience
• to respect equality within the school
• to strive for success
• to persevere even when things get tough
• to be enterprising and creative
• to work as a team.

Throughout the year there will be opportunities for students to develop these attributes and be rewarded for showing that they RESPECT Our Pledge.
