Uniform
All students at the Wellington Academy from Year 7 to Year 11 are expected to wear school uniform. All items of uniform are compulsory and should be clearly marked with the students’ name.
Uniform can be bought from our supplier Stitch-A-Logo in Andover whose staff will help you with all aspects of uniform purchase. You are able to order online or by visiting their shop. Stitch-A-Logo will deliver to you for a £10 courier charge during term time or you can collect from their shop or have it delivered to school for free.
We may be able to assist families with a serving member of HM Forces who have recently been posted and need help with the cost of The Wellington Academy school uniform. For more information, please contact our Service Pupil Premium Coordinator, Mrs Cooper.
There is a uniform subsidy available for students who receive free school meals. For further information, please contact reception.
The parents/carers of boarders should order direct through the Stitch-A-Logo website when possible with orders being delivered to the Boarding House. Posting abroad will incur further postage costs. During term time, the boarding house staff will help facilitate orders for uniform if direct ordering is difficult.
We do hold a limited stock of ties and House badges in the Finance Office for purchase.
Every Term 6 we will hold a uniform sizing day at the Academy for those students transitioning from Primary School to the Academy. You will be notified of the date but if you are unable to attend, you are also able to purchase uniform by the process explained above. Those joining the boarding house for the first time, orders are to be placed through the website with orders either sent out to you or delivered to the boarding house for your arrival. Staff will be on hand to exchange uniform if required.
