Welcome to the Wellington Academy
We are so pleased you have chosen our school for your child.
With a high proportion of our pupils coming from service families, we offer help and support to your child and your family. This might be by providing information prior to the move, keeping in touch throughout the transition, answering any questions you may have or assisting with a cost of uniform if required.
It’s important to let us know of the service connection, so we can access the funding to be able to provide this support.

We offer a subsidised mini bus for Year 7 from Tidworth, Bulford, Durrington and Upavon. There are buses from Perham Down, Tidworth and Ludgershall which stop outside the Academy. If you are eligible for transport you will be sent a bus pass application form by County Hall when you are offered your place.

Our uniform supplier, Stitch-A-Logo are based in Andover and will be able to help you with all aspects of uniform purchasing, you can also visit the shop at any other date that suits you or you can purchase uniform online from, sales@stitch-a-logo.co.uk
Military families who are being posted to the area and are joining us at The Wellington Academy, can request assistance with the cost of the school uniform. Please contact Mrs Cooper, our Service Pupil Premium Coordinator, for details.

The Academy has a café which is open from 8.00am until 4.00pm. This serves sandwiches, snacks and some hot takeaway food. The canteen which is open at lunchtime, between 13.00pm and 13.35pm, offers a range of sandwiches, salads, and snacks as well as a choice of hot meals. Payment can be made via ParentPay. Many students bring packed lunches.
